Grandparents Day

On the 19th of June, we had Grandparents day. First we performed some dances. The last one we did was the Chicken Dance and they joined in. My Granddad joined in for the Chicken Dance. Last we had lunch together.

Our MOTAT Trip

We went to MOTAT with Room 15 and all the other year 2 class (room 16 and room 14).
We had to get into groups at MOTAT with Mrs Poole and we went to the mire maze.

At MOTAT I liked MOTAT village. My group went into the church. I saw lots of chairs.
I went in the cottages, it was fun.

We went to MOTAT.  First we went to the bus. The Bus took us to MOTAT then we sorted into groups. MOTAT is fun. My favourite thing was the tram .and the mirror maze. At MOTAT  we saw new toys and old toys. We went to the MOTAT Village.

Toys

A new toy is made out of plastic and material's. In the olden day's they make toy's with a material and it is made of wood. In olden day we didn't have robots or moving toys.

I like lego because it is hard and smooth. Some lego is long and red, green, blue and yellow. You can play with it. You can make spaceships.

We got to bring toy's to school. We had to leave the toy's at school for 4 week's. On another week you can bring another toy or you can bring the toy you brought last week. Last week I brought a big dog this week I brought a scary rat it can move. It make's noise's. It was my favourite toy at my house it is fun to use.
